HALF DAY WORKSHOP ( 2pm to 5pm)
Beneficial for those who have desk jobs or standing for long hours or recovering from long illness or other lifestyle reasons.
You will learn in more depth Pranayama or breathing exercises on how to tap into your life force and sustain it. Asanas or Yoga postures include Sun Salutations and we will focus on hip opening and hamstrings lengthening. Help loosen and create fluidity in the hip area, lower back and hamstrings. A slow paced style of Yoga with poses held for longer periods of time, typically 3 minutes. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissue of the body, tendons, facia and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. You will be supported by bolsters, blocks and Yoga belts under expert guidance.. We end with the Sufi Whirling Mindful Meditation which will revitalise you as you will feel totally centered and connected within yourself and with the outside in a profound way.
