"Eight Limbs of Yoga" Workshop for deepening your practice (135 minutes). Eligible after completing a minimum of 8 1:1 Yoga sessions. ( can use 2 membership sessions)
Seven weekly Yin Yoga evening group sessions of 75 minutes each, with Chakra Balancing. (16th May, 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June, 13th June, 20th June and 27th June).
Includes Breathing, Meditation, Postures, Affirmations, and Relaxation.
